“By the soul and He Who assigned its due purpose, and Who made known to it [what amounts to] immorality and [what constitutes] piety, whoever purifies it [by following the Divine admonition] will achieve success, and whoever corrupts it [by indulging in what is impermissible,] will surely grieve with sorrow.) “. وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا ‏فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّاهَا وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّاهَا
